Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University (SVGU) successfully conducted an expert session under the NextGen Dialogues – Guest Lecture Series for BBA HHM students on 30th September 2026 at the SVGU Seminar Hall.
The session, titled “Professionalism & Values – Building Careers with Integrity, Purpose and Impact,” was delivered by Mr. Vipul Tripathi, Manager – Learning and Development, Shalby Hospital.
During the interactive session, Mr. Tripathi shared valuable insights on professionalism, workplace values, integrity, accountability, respect, excellence, and purpose-driven career development. Through practical perspectives and interaction, students gained a better understanding of how professional values influence workplace behaviour, career growth, and long-term success.
The session encouraged students to look beyond academic knowledge and focus on developing the attitude, values, responsibility, and professional conduct required to succeed in the healthcare industry and the wider professional world.
The session was coordinated by Dr. Shreya Verma, Faculty Coordinator.
The engaging interaction made the session a meaningful learning experience and reinforced the objective of NextGen Dialogues—connecting students with industry professionals and preparing them for their future careers.
