Gujarat Govt. Gazette & Notification
Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University has formally come into existence by an amendment to the Gujarat Private University Act, (Act No. 7 of 2023) via Gujarat Government Gazette (Vol. LXIV Extraordinary Issue no: 7) dated 3rd April 2023 as notified by the Government of Gujarat on 21st April 2023 (Notification no: GH/SH/13/EPU/2023/2402/KH-1).
Inclusion as per section 2(f) of the UGC Act
Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University is officially recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and included in the list of universities established under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956 and has successfully completed the required compliance procedures under UGC Act, 1956.
