An insightful Expert Session on “Patient Care Service” was organised at Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University (SVGU) for our BBA HHM students.
We were delighted to have Mr. Manoj Tomar, Manager – L&D, Shalby Ltd., share his industry experience and perspectives on delivering patient-centred healthcare.
The session explored how compassion, communication, empathy and service excellence can transform a patient's healthcare journey.
