The MBA Department organized an insightful expert session on "Building the People Operating System: Creating a High-Performance, Innovation-Driven Organization" on 4th August 2026. The session was delivered by Mr. Deepak kumar, who shared practical insights into designing people-centric organizations capable of sustaining growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
The session emphasized that organizational success is driven by a well-defined People Operating System, where leadership, culture, governance, and employee engagement work together to achieve strategic goals. Drawing inspiration from the Katha Upanishad's Chariot Model, the speaker explained the significance of aligning organizational vision, leadership, policies, and people to create a purpose-driven workplace.
Participants were introduced to the GLOW Framework—Govern, Lead, Operate, and Win Together—which serves as the foundation for developing an effective HR operating model. The discussion highlighted the importance of ownership, accountability, professionalism, innovation, customer focus, leadership, and continuous learning as the core values of high-performing organizations.
The session also covered key HR dimensions such as people philosophy, leadership principles, competency frameworks, HR policies, performance management, and culture-building strategies.
