Chimanbhai Patel Institute of Computer Applications, Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University, organized a First Year Students Orientation Programme on 22nd June 2026 to welcome new students and introduce them to the university environment, academic culture, and institutional values.

The programme included welcome addresses, an industry interaction with Mr. Jaypal Thaker (Alumnus & IT Professional), student presentations, cultural activities, interactive games, campus visit, and a leadership development session on “Pillars of Leadership – Developing Responsible Future Leaders”.

The programme focused on student induction, industry exposure, skill development, leadership qualities, ethical values, and holistic growth, aligning with NAAC objectives for student support and institutional development.
